AdLeak is operated by Midwest Technology Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), 2501 Chatham Rd Suite R, Springfield, IL 62704, United States. By accessing or using AdLeak you agree to these Terms. AdLeak is provided for business use.

AdLeak analyzes Google Ads performance data — either read from an account you authorize on a read-only basis, or from a report you upload — and applies a documented set of rules to identify potential inefficiencies and review opportunities.

Findings are analytical and informational. They do not guarantee savings, revenue, conversions, ROAS, or any campaign outcome. You are solely responsible for any advertising change you choose to make. AdLeak currently does not make changes to your Google Ads account on your behalf.

You must have the authority to connect and analyze any Google Ads account you connect to AdLeak, including where you act for a client or employer. You are responsible for keeping your AdLeak credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Do not use AdLeak to access data you are not authorized to access, attempt to breach or probe our systems, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the service, scrape or resell the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or Google’s terms.

The Full Audit is a $99 one-time unlock for a scan. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Payment and refund terms shown at checkout, together with any rights you have under applicable law, apply to purchases. We do not state any other refund commitment here.

We retain all rights in AdLeak, including its software, rules, scoring methodology, interface and documentation. You retain all rights in your own data. You grant us the limited right to process your data as needed to provide the service you request.

AdLeak relies on third-party services, including Google (for authorization and Google Ads reporting data) and Stripe (for payment processing where paid features are used). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

You may stop using AdLeak at any time, disconnect your Google authorization, and delete saved scans. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

AdLeak is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that findings will be complete or suited to your objectives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising spend or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to AdLeak will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your use of AdLeak, your data, your advertising decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Illinois will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
